摘要
某石化公司制氢装置空冷入口管线阀门发生泄漏,经检查发现阀门垫片已经破损,通过宏观及低倍观察,材质分析,金相检验,电镜观察等手段对失效垫片进行了一系列检测分析。结果表明,垫片的失效是由于安装过程中受力不均,一端压紧,介质进入管线后,就会引起振动。其振动频率与进气速度与垫片本身的频率有关。即垫片随着振动在夹杂物区域发生开裂,开裂处的振动同时又加剧开裂,因此导致了持续破坏。
