普光天然气净化厂胺液运行系统贫胺液泵采用双端面机械密封对胺液密封,防止介质泄漏,然而在运行中经常发生机械密封泄漏。针对机械密封泄漏频繁、寿命短、检修率高的问题,开展17套泄漏机械密封分析,找到泄漏原因,提出应用建议。

Double mechanical sealing is used lean amine pump of amine circulatory system in Puguang natural gas purification plant, however, leakage occurs frequently in operation. This article investigates 17 mechanical seals to find out causes of short service life, frequent leakage and repair. Suggestions are offered as well.
