摘要
针对步进梁式加热炉在满负荷承载?600大圆坯时出现步进梁平移缸溜车现象进行了原因分析,并提出采用电气控制方法弥补液压设计缺陷的对策,解决了步进梁溜车问题。
This paper analyzes the causes of walking beam sliding when the furnace is working at full load bearing ?600 round billets. Electric control method was proposed to make up for the hydraulic design flaws as a countermeasure, which solved the problem of walking beam sliding.
