富氧站控制系统改造升级

Upgrading Transformation of the Control System of Enriched Oxygen Station

摘要 针对炼铁高炉富氧站控制系统自动化程度低,控制方式落后的现状,实施了基于西门子S73OO PLC控制系统的改造,通过以太网通讯方式实现远程监控,采用PID控制算法实现对富氧流量的精准控制。改造后运行效果良好,实现了富氧站无人值守,富氧流量远程控制。 As the control system of enriched oxygen station for blast furnace had the problem of low automation level and outdated control mode, an upgrading program based on Siemens S73 OO PLC control system was carried out, to achieve remote monitoring with Ethernet communication and precision control of enriched oxygen flowrate with PID control algorithm. After the upgrading the system has operated well, realizing unattended operation of enriched oxygen station and remote control of enriched oxygen flowrate.
