城市农民工生存与发展状况调查研究——以浙江省温州市为例

The Research on Investigation of Migrant Worker's Survival and Development Status——Take Wenzhou City Zhejiang Province for Example

研究以温州市为例开展农民工生存与发展状况的调查研究,结果发现:农民工的人口流动模式趋稳定,长期居住意愿有所增强,社会融合的提升空间较大,职业生存状况一般,社保参保率较低,维权方式多样化,生活满意度较高,新生代农民工的新特征突出。研究提出了积极引导人口有序流动,破除农民工社会融入的壁垒,加强劳动监管,深化积分管理制度,帮助提升农民工的综合素质,积极关注新生代农民工等对策与建议。

This research is based on migrant worker＇s survival and development status in Wenzhou and its result illustrates thatthe population floating pattern of migrant workers is stable; long-term living will is enhanced; social integration of space is greater; occupationalliving condition is just so –so; social insurance rate is low; rights protection mode is diversified; and life satisfaction ishigher, therefore, the new feature of new generation of migrant workers is prominent. Consequently, the research puts forward somecountermeasures and suggestions that we should actively guide the orderly flow of population, break the barriers of social integrationof migrant, strengthen labor supervision, deepen the integration management system; help to improve the overall quality of migrantworkers as well as pay much more attention to new generation of migrant workers.
