A Study on the Transmission Network Planning Based on the Emergency Demand Side Response

随着电力市场的发展,普通的需求机制已经不能很好地解决电力供需矛盾,在输电网规划中考虑引入紧急需求侧响应策略,可以兼顾供电可靠性的同时保证系统运行的经济性和灵活性。其算例分析证明了方法的可行性和合理性。

With the development of the power market,the ordinary demand mechanism is not effective in solving the contradiction between power supply and demand. This paper discusses about the introduction of the emergency demand side response in the transmission network planning,which can ensure both the reliability of power supply and the economy and flexibility of the operation of the system. The example analysis has proved its feasibility and rationality.
