生产条件下特大型行车吊装技术

摘要 随着生产力的发展,工业技术的不断进步,大型生产企业对原有的生产不断进行优化升级,导致产量增大,需增加起重设备完成厂房内的物流运转,采用"地面组装、主梁单机吊装、主小车双机抬吊"的方法进行施工,可以在地面组装方便快捷,有效提高安装进度和安装精度,成功实现了在生产条件下的特大型行车的安装。 With the development of Productivity and the continuous advancement on industrial technology,Large- sized production enterprises make continuous optimization and upgrading of their ongoing production. This brings the output increase thus more cranes are needed for completing the logistics operation within the plant building. Through the adoption of operation with "assembly on the ground,lifting and erection with a single equipment unit for main beam and lifting with two equipment units for the main trolley",easy and convenient assembly on the ground can be realized and the erection progress can be efficiently sped up and the erection accuracy can be increased. Hereby extra-large crane erection under the condition of production is realized successfully.
