摘要
矿山救护规程中对井下透水事故进行了原则性规定,但是由于透水事故发生的突然性,采矿方法、地质条件及人员素质等原因,在事故现场处置中并无统一的方式。本文从井下透水事故水源来源及透水量大小,救护队到达现场后进行现场处置和救援,以及对指挥部的科学决策提供准确的数据。
Even though the rescue rules of mine folooding accident of provisions in principle were made,however no uniform way could be followed due to the flooding accidental burstiness,geological conditions and the quality of personnel and other reasons. In this review,the water source,water permeability,scene disposal and rescue after the rescue team arrived at the scene,and the scientific decision- making were provided
