MA STEEL would like to rise form the valley bottom and strike back form the predicament. Therefore,MA STEEL need to confront with unprecedented severe challenge and also should have big revolution,adjustment and optimization. Accordingly,the state- owned enterprise need to exploit the advantages of ideology and politics to the full. They need to give the employees instruction of the revolution to help them to blend in this change. Thus,the employees need to insure thestabilization of production and management. As result,that would be useful and also beneficialto company＇s revolution of environment. This is very important and urgent assignment for all the MA STEEL＇s management and employees.
