摘要
文章介绍了DH型离心式压缩机可倾式轴承更换的技术要求和方法,针对DH空压机的特点并结合现场实际情况,将旧轴承拆卸和新轴承回装的经验进行总结,达到提高更换轴承检修效率和安装精度的目的。
In the paper,the technical requirements and methods for replacing tilting- type bearing of DH centrifugal air compressor are introduced as well as the experiences of disassembling old bearings and reassembling new bearings are summed up aiming at the characteristics of DH air compressor and combining with the actual situations of work field. As a result,the overhaul efficiency and installation accuracy for replacing bearings are improved.
