Technical Transformation for Reducing Failure Rate of Ball Mill

通过研究球磨机轴瓦的工作状态,分析在轴瓦正常工作时,限制其使用寿命的因素,结合现场提出改进措施,来实现提高轴瓦的使用寿命。简化了球磨机轴瓦的检修过程,此次改进达到预期效果,延长了球磨机主轴承的使用寿命,为生产组织创造了有利条件。

In the paper,the factors limiting the service life for bearing shell of ball mill during its normal operation are analyzed through studying its working state and the improvement measures are proposed based on the work field to improve its service life. As a result,the overhaul process for bearing shell of ball mill is simplified and the service life for main bearing of ball mill is prolonged,which achieve the desired effects and create favorable conditions for production organization.
