摘要
研究了回火温度对经一定温度淬火后60mm 厚Q 690D钢组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:9 3 0 ℃淬火,500 - 6 6 0℃回火后,60 mm厚Q 690D 的淬火组织为回火索氏体,强度逐渐降低,出现了第二类回火脆性,当回火温度为640℃时强韧性配合最好,此时Rp0.2=791 MPa, Rm =845 MPa, A = 18 . 0 % ,KV2( - 2 0 ℃)= 1 5 4 J,KV2( - 4 0 ℃) =126 J.
The effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Q690 D steel with thickness of 60 mm quenched at certain temperature are studied. The results show that the quenching microstructure of Q690 D steel with the thickness of 60 mm is tempered sorbite,the strength gradually decreases so that there is the second kind of temper brittleness with the quenching temperature of 930 ℃ and tempering temperature of 500 ~ 660 ℃. When the tempering temperature is 640 ℃,the strength and toughness match best as well as R_(p0. 2)= 791 MPa,R_m= 845 MPa,A = 18. 0%,KV_2(- 20 ℃) = 154 J and KV_2(- 40 ℃) = 126 J.
