摘要
文章介绍了包钢AREMA钢轨标准残余应力的研究情况,分析了美标方法残余应力的变化规律,并进行了理论计算。检验结果表明包钢生产的钢轨在试验过程中满足美国铁路工程保养协会钢轨技术条件(AREMA—2009)关于残余应力的要求,轨腰残余应力向拉应力增大的方向转变。
In the paper,the research on residual stress of rails with the AREMA rail standard of Baotou Steel is introduced and the change law for it is analyzed as well as the theoretical calculations are introduced. The test results show that the rails produced by Baotou Steel could meet all the requirements for residual stress of rail with technical conditions of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance- of- Way Association( AREMA- 2009) in the test as well as the residual stress of rail web is transformed to the direction that the tensile stress increases.
