摘要
对82B钢盘条进行拉拔时发生笔尖状断裂,采用金相光学显微镜和扫描电镜对82B钢盘条进行了非金属夹杂物、显微组织、断口形貌及微区成分能谱分析。结果表明,笔尖状断裂是在盘条中心网状渗碳体及非金属夹杂物的共同作用下产生的。
There is pen- tip shaped fracture for 82 B wire rod when it is drawn so that the energy spectrum analysis of its nonmetallic inclusions,microstructure,appearance of fracture and microregion component is with the optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the cause is the combined action of its central cementite network and nonmetallic inclusions.
