摘要
通过对爆裂锅炉过热管进行宏观检查、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、力学性能检测,结果表明,爆裂锅炉过热管在长期超温运行过程中产生蠕变,管体胀粗,管径增大,管壁减薄,且内壁产生腐蚀裂纹不足以承受管内蒸气的压力发生爆裂。
The results of macro examination,metallographic examination,analysis with scanning electron microscope and mechanical property testing for superheater tube of bursting boiler indicate that it bursts since it is crept in such a long- term overheating operation that the tube expands,pipe diameter increases,tube wall thickness decreases and there is etching cracks on the inwall so that it cannot sustain the vapor pressure in tube.
