摘要
结合装配式PC住宅的结构特性,分析了装配式PC住宅施工的重难点,从竖向构件安装、灌浆控制、预制叠合板吊装等方面,阐述了PC住宅的施工技术,为同类工程施工积累了经验。
Combining with the structural features of assembled PC residential construction, the paper analyzes its important and difficult points, and illustrates the construction technique of PC residential structures from the installation of vertical components, grouting control, and precast composite slab hoisting, so as to accumulate experience for similar projects.
