According to the important and d ifficult points in the water and quicksand stratum of Gaosongshu Tunnel, the paper points out the block-oriented and drainage-oriented construction schemes, selects the former one by comparing their advantages and disadvantages, and il lus-trates the construction measures, so as to ensure the construction quality and safety.
