摘要
介绍了BIM技术的应用现状及优势,从动态管理、造价计算、数据共享、全过程管理等方面,阐述了BIM技术在工程造价中的应用价值,并针对BIM技术在应用中存在的缺陷,提出了BIM技术的发展方向。
The thesis introduces the application status and merits of BIM technology, describes the application value of BIM technology in engi-neering cost from aspects of dynamic management, cost computation, data sharing and whole-process management, and finally points out the BIM technology development trend in light of its application defects.
