Taking the gas company as an example, the paper introduces traditional gas network operation management modes and contents, de-scribes matters needing attention in gas network maintenance from aspects of gas pipeline facilities, fire-fighting system and regulating facilities, and finally puts forward a series of improving suggestions in light of gas network operation management problems.
