“印象深刻教师”调查研究——以昆明市为例

摘要 通过对昆明市来自16类不同行业、18个不同民族的406位工作人员进行调查,试图了解他们离开学校若干年后是否还记得他们的老师;他们的老师是否给他们留下深刻印象,什么样的印象,为什么留下这样或那样的印象。研究发现,给学生留下深刻印象的教师都是积极正面的形象,学生们似乎都"记不起"那些伤害过自己的老师。中学阶段的教师给人们留下的印象最深,其次是小学教师和大学教师。此外,在所给的39项特征中,"认真负责、幽默风趣、知识渊博、上课精彩、耐心细心、信任尊重学生"等六项是教师给学生留下深刻印象的主要特征,然而,在排序上略有不同,其中幽默风趣是男教师最突出的特质,认真负责是女教师最突出的特质。 Through the questionnaire survey , there are 406 subjects from 16 types of occupations and 18 na-tionalities in Kunming.The survey means to investigate what impressions their teachers made to students .The sub-jects are those who have graduated from school and worked a couple of years later .And if any, what kind of im-pressions, why these or those impressions, what kind of teachers are well received or not ? The findings are quite a lot.First, positive image was made to these subjects and they seemed to “forget” the harms their teachers made to them.Second, middle school teachers are most impressive teachers , followed by primary and university teachers. Besides, among the 39 properties, “being conscientious and responsible , humorous, knowledgeable, wonderful teaching, patient and careful, trusting and respecting for students ” are the main properties, however, being humor-ous is the most important property of male teachers and being conscientious and responsible is the most important property of female teachers.
