摘要
采用文献资料、测量等方法研究体育锻炼频率和时间与黑龙江省中学生心理健康水平的关系,揭示体育锻炼时间、频率对心理健康的促进作用。研究表明,黑龙江省中学生的心理健康状况不容乐观,每周参加1次及以上体育锻炼对心理健康有积极的作用,每周参加3次以上体育锻炼对心理健康有非常积极的作用。除强迫指标外,每周参加三次及以上对心理健康各指标作用较好。每次参加30~60min比30min以下和60min以上体育锻炼对促进心理健康作用大。
The questionnaire and psychological measurement are used to study the relationship of mental health to frequency and duration of physical exercise. The research object is the middle school students in Heilongjiang Province. The results show that physical exercise has positive effects on metal health of middle school students. The researcher found that the higher frequency of physical exercise, the more significant promotion to mental health. There exists the best training interval of physical exercise to promote metal health, that is from 30 60 minutes.
