内镜下金属钛夹联合黏膜下注射白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with ssubmucosal hemocoagulase for injection in treatment of non-variceal hemorrhageof upper gastrointestinal tract

目的：探讨内镜下金属钛夹联合黏膜下注射白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月～2015年7月收治的96例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，对其行内镜黏膜下注射白眉蛇毒血凝酶联合金属钛夹治疗的临床情况进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后，即时止血率100%，其中1例胃大部分切除术后（毕Ⅱ式）吻合口溃疡出血及1例Dieu-lafoy病出血，再出血率约2.0%。其余94例术后72 h均未发生再出血，随访3个月，亦未见再出血病例。结论内镜下金属钛夹联合黏膜下注射白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血，疗效显著。

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with submucosal Hemocoagulase For injection in treatment of non-variceal hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods Data were collected from 96 cases with non-variceal hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract patients as the research object, coming from our hospital between January 2013 and July 2015. Retrospective analysis of clinical situations of endoscopic submucosal injection of hemocoagulase combined with metal titanium clip in treatment.Results The immediate hemostasis rate was 100% after treatment.Only case of most gastric resection（Billroth II）, anastomotic ulcer bleeding and only case dieu - lafoy illness bleeding. Further hemorrhage rate at about 2.0%, The rest of the 94 cases of bleeding again after 72 h all did not occur, Follow-up of 3 months, we Also did not see hemorrhage cases again.Conclusion Endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with submucosal hemocoagulase for injection In treatment of non-variceal hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract, curative effect is distinct, worthing of reference for clinical and promotion.
