摘要
沟通的本质在于其有效性,有效沟通是组织管理的关键因素。组织中主要存在着组织、个人、人际、文化四个方面的因素限制有效沟通,导致沟通不畅。而开放包容的沟通氛围、定期的沟通审核、同理心、有效的沟通制度及良好的沟通技能,能够促使组织有效沟通的实现,从而有利于组织管理与组织效益的提高。
Effectiveness is the essence of communication, and effective communication is the key to organizational management. Four main factors may infuence communication : organizational, individual,interpersonal and cultural factors. Open and inclusive communication atmosphere, regular audit of communication, empathy, effective communication system and good communication skills can promote therealization of effective organizational communication, and improve organizational management and efficiency.
