在金融危机和产能过剩的双重压力下,我国经济形势日趋严峻,经济增长速度逐步下滑,由以往的高速增长步入到了中高速增长的新常态,同时我国制造业也陷入疲软的困境之中。由此,我国制造业的转型升级问题,已成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点。我国制造业应通过"一带一路"走出去、向"智能生产"和"高新技术产业"转型升级等多种方式,来实现战略转型,打造新的增长动力,从而迎来新的、广阔的发展空间。

The rapid growth has changedinto the new normal of medium growth. At the same time, China＇s manufacturing industry is in a weak position, thus,the transformation and upgrading of China＇s manufacturing industry has become the focus of all sectors of the commu-nity. China＇s manufacturing industry should go the way of ＂intelligent manufacturing＂ and ＂high-tech industry＂ to up-grade a variety of ways, in order to achieve strategic transformation, and create new growth momentum, which usheredin the new and wide development space.
