摘要
设计了一种用于小粒种子气力精量排种流场分析的排种器气室模型,该模型分为有平衡气孔和无平衡气孔两种。采用ANSYS/CFX/FLUENT对排种器气室的流线和压力分布进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:设置有平衡气孔的气室比未设置平衡气孔的气室更有利于降低气室气流压力波动,使气室压力分布更加稳定。
Precision seed metering device air chamber models with or without balance stomas for small seed air- blow simulation are designed,with ANSYS/CFX/FLUENT used to conduct simulation analysis of the streamline and pressure distribution of the precision seed metering device air chamber,with the simulation result showing that the air chamber with balance stoma is more conducive to reducing air current pressure variation and ensuring more stable pressure distribution in the air chamber than the air chamber without balance stoma.
