应用V-Score体系评价不同含水量苜蓿青贮饲料品质 被引量:21

The evaluation for alfalfa silage quality with different water content of V-Score system

摘要 为研究苜蓿半干青贮适宜的原料含水量,本试验将初花期的苜蓿刈割,经过晾晒,分别在74.77%(未晾晒)、65.79%、54.15%、47.03%四个含水量状态下进行青贮,贮藏60 d后测定营养成分和发酵品质。结果表明:含水量65.79%的苜蓿青贮后营养价值和发酵品质最好,含水量54.15%次之,经V-Score体系进行综合评定都为良好,二者是比较适宜的苜蓿青贮含水量。含水量47.03%和74.77%青贮苜蓿评价为尚可和不良。 In order to study appropriate water content of raw materials of the drying alfalfa silage,this experiment adopted the early flowering of alfalfa after mowing and drying.Silage was under the four kinds of water content,74.77%(no air),74.77%,54.15% and 47.03%,respectively.Nutritional ingredients and quality of fermentation were determined after60 d.The results showed that the alfalfa of 65.79% water content had the best nutritive value and fermentative quality.Water content of 54.15% took the second place.The performance of two above was good through the V-Score scoring system for comprehensive evaluation,which were more appropriate alfalfa silage water content.Water content of 47.03% and74.77% of silage alfalfa evaluation were fairish and inferior,respectively.
