摘要
建立自然保护区是生物资源就地保护的有效手段。江西省国家级自然保护区数量较多,但缺乏它们之间的系统研究。本研究在校对及统计了分布在江西省12个国家级自然保护区野生种子植物状况的基础上,选用Rogers和Tonimoto指数,通过聚类分析,得出了基于种子植物种级水平各保护区之间的关系,较属级水平的聚类支序图的聚类效果更佳,该省12个保护区聚在三大分支(赣北平原区、赣南山地区及赣中周边山地)。另外,本研究还建立了江西10个森林类型国家级自然保护区野生种子植物物种—面积岛屿效应模型,S=11.885×0.542A,较高的z值(0.542)反映了保护区种子植物生境异质性高的特点。
Establishing nature reserves is an effective means of in-situ conservation of biological resources. There are a dozen of national nature reserves in Jiangxi Province which were lack of systematic study. In this paper,based on check and statistics of the wild seed plants in the 12 national nature reserves distributed in Jiangxi Province, a clustering analysis was made with Rogers & Tonimoto indexes. The results showed the clustering relationship among the reserves based on the species-level of seed plants and the clustering effect is better than that of the genus-level clustering cladogram. The 12 reserves cluster in 3 classes(North Jiangxi Plain Region, South Jiangxi Mountainous Region & Mountainous Region Surrounding Central Jiangxi). Besides, the species-area island effect models of the wild seed plants were established in the 10 forest-type national nature reserves in the province, S=11.885×0.542 A, with a relatively high z value(0.542), indicating characteristics of high heterogeneity of seed plant habitats in the reserves.
