摘要
目的:探讨白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞急性髓系白血病的临床疗效分析。方法:40例高白细胞急性髓系白血病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对观察组给予白细胞单采术治疗,对对照组给予羟基脲降白细胞治疗的方式。对比两组患者的治疗效果与不良反应。结果:观察组的白细胞与血小板下降值与对照组对比结果(P>0.05)无统计学意义,血红蛋白下降值与预处理时间与对照组对比结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:白细胞单采术能有效降低高白细胞急性髓系白血病患者的外周血白细胞计数,且不良反应发生率低,安全系数高,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of leukpopheresis in the treatment of hypereukocytic acute myeloid leukemia.Methods:In Mar 2012 to Dec 2014 in our hospital diagnosed with high leucocyte 40 patients with acute myeloid leukemia,randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was given leukpopheresis for the treatment of single pick,the control group given hydroxyurea leucocyte treatment way.contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients with adverse reactions.Results:Observation group of white blood cells and platelets decline in value compared with the control results no statistical significance (P>0.05),hemoglobin decline and pretreatment time results comparing with control group (P<0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion:Leukpopheresis can effectively reduce the high white blood cell in patients with acute myeloid leukemia of peripheral blood leukocyte count,and low incidence of adverse reactions,high safety coefficient,is worth wide application in clinic.
