中医疏肝健脾法治疗高脂血症的疗效评估

Therapeutical Evaluation of Treating Hyperlipidemia with the TCM Method of Liver-discharging,Spleen-nourishing

目的:评估中医疏肝健脾法治疗高脂血症的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年5月我院收治的70例高脂血症患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法,把70例患者分成对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组口服西药辛伐他汀治疗,观察组应用中医疏肝健脾法治疗,经过2个月治疗以后,对比评估两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率85.7%,对照组治疗总有效率88.6%,观察组治疗效果与对照组相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用中医疏肝健脾法治疗高脂血症临床治疗效果理想,能明显改善患者血脂情况,改善患者的肝郁脾虚等症状表现,药物使用安全可靠。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM method of Liver-discharging,Spleen-nourishing in treating hyperlipidemia.Methods:From January 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital 70 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia as research subjects,depending on the method of treatment,the patients were divided into 70 cases of the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.Oral medicine simvastatin group,the observation group application of TCM method of Liver-discharging,Spleen-nourishing,after two months after treatment,compared to clinical treatment groups were evaluated.Results:The clinical total effective rate of 85.7%,the total efficiency of the control group 88.6%,compared to the therapeutic effect of the observation group and the control group,no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM method of Liver-discharging,Spleen-nourishing for therapy of hyperlipidemia may get ideal therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the lipid profile of patients,improve the patient's liver and spleen and other symptoms,medication use safe and reliable.
