水平井负压旋转冲砂工艺技术的研究与应用

摘要 针对水平井冲砂,由于地层亏空严重,传统方法返排率极低,冲砂风险程度大,不能有效保护储层。负压旋转冲砂是利用专用工具实现水平井反循环旋转冲砂,实现了限速旋转、紊流携砂、深层解堵功能,可以防止砂粒下沉和砂卡事故,提高了携砂能力。实践表明该技术对水平井冲砂具有较好的成效和经济效果。 For horizontal well sand cut,because of serious formation depletion, traditional method has an extremely low flowback rate and great degree of sad cut risk, which cannot protect reservoir. Negative pressure rotary sand cut is that by utilizing professional instrument to achieve the reverse circulation sand cut of horizontal well, which has the function of speed limit rotation,turbulent flow with sand and deep broken down and it can prevent the accident of sand sinking and sand plug and improve prop carrying capacity. The practic indicates that this technology has better effect and economic effects on horizontal well sand cut.
