油气集输过程中危险源的辨别研究

在油气集输的过程当中,主要以油井作为一切的出发点,将矿场的原油库以及长距离的输油和输气管道首站等作为落脚点,因此油气集输是一个连续生产的过程,具有油田点多、线长和面广的特点,在生产的过程中具有高温高压、工艺复杂和连续性强等特点,一旦在生产运行的过程中出现环节操作失误,那么就会导致重大的火灾事件发生,更有可能导致人员伤亡,因此本文对油气集输现状进行分析,研究油气集输过程中危险源的辨别,构建有效的危险源辨识模型来保证油气集输的过程安全。

In the course of oil and gas gathering and transferring, mainly take oil well as the starting poing of all things and take the crude oil storage in oil field and long distance oil pipeline and gas pipeline origin station as foothold, therefore, oil and gas gathering and transferring is a continuous producting course, which has the characteristics of quantity of points, long line and large coverage for oil field. During its production course, it has characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,complex process and good continuity, so once there are any error in the production operating course, terrible fire disaster or loss of life and personal injury will be caused. In this paper, it takes analysis on the present situation of oil and gas gathering and transferring and how to recongnize the danger in the course of oil and gas gathering and transferring to build danger recognization model to guarantee the safety of oil and gas gathering and transferring.
