随着社会主义经济不断发展,社会主体对各类资源的需求量持续增加,尤其对石油资源的需求。在国家宏观政策的鼓励和石油研究工作者的努力探索下,我国石油钻井能力和开采技术大大提升,进而为石油资源的充足提供了辅助条件。但另一方面,石油钻井开采过程中的安全管理一直是阻碍石油行业发展的重要问题。本文主要探讨HSE管理体系在石油钻井安全管理方面的应用,并分析其实际意义,以及在石油钻井安全管理应用的预期成果及展望。

Along with the socialist economic development,social main body's demand for all kinds of resources continues to increase, especially the demand for oil resources.with the encourage of national macro policy and the exploration of research workers efforts, China oil drilling ability and production technology gets a great promotion, which greatly increasing, which offers plenty of supporting condition for soil resources.But on the other hand, safety management in the process of oil drilling has been the important problem hindering the development of the oil industry. This paper mainly discusses the application of HSE management system in oil drilling safety management, and analyzes its practical significance, as well as the prospects and expected results in the oil drilling safety management application.
