摘要
自由活塞式内燃直线发电系统是一种新型集成混合动力系统,在系统启动到稳定运行过程中,功率流经由BDPC在发电单元与储能单元之间双向流动,且在两个方向具有不平衡特性,使得Buck模式下设计电感体积大,成本高,开关管电流应力大。针对此问题,提出BDPC在Boost模式时采用单相结构,在Buck模式时采用交错并联结构,从而有效减小电感体积和成本,减小开关管电流应力,降低输出电流纹波。此外,为满足系统瞬态需求,在BDPC控制器电压环采用模糊PI控制器,实现了更快的系统响应,提高了系统鲁棒性。
The free?piston internal combustion linear power generation system is a novel integrated hybrid power system. In the process of system start to stable operation,the power flows between power generation unit and energy storage unit bidirectionally through BDPC,and has the unbalanced characteristics in two directions,which makes the designed inductor in Buck mode have big volume and high cost,and the switching tube have large current stress. Aiming at this problem,it is proposed that the BDPC adopts the single phase structure in Boost mode,and adopts the staggered parallel structure in Buck mode,which can re?duce the inductor volume and cost,current stress of the switching tube,and output current ripple. To meet the system transient demand,the fuzzy PI controller is used for the voltage loop of BDPC controller to realize the fast system response,and improve the system robustness.
