摘要
提出了考虑区域电网间断面功率约束的电网静态电压问题,其根据电网分层分区的管理模式,采用最优预防控制模型,保障电力系统安全稳定的增长。主要从区域电网间断面功率约束方面分析、研究电网运行过程中静态电压稳定预防控制模型和算法。
The power grid steady voltage problem based on discontinuity surface power constraint of regional grid is proposed. According to the management mode of power grid hierarchy and partition,the optimal prevention and control model is adopted to ensure the safe and stable growth of the electrical power system. The steady voltage stability prevention and control model and algo?rithm in power grid running process are analyzed and studied in the aspect of regional grid discontinuity surface power constraint.
