摘要
近代中国科技水平落后于西方世界,成为静态文明的代表。进入20世纪,随着现代教育和科学制度的建立,中国科技发展和进步得到了学院制度的保障,新中国的成立也为其奠定了政治和社会制度基础。2015年屠呦呦获得诺贝尔生理学或医学奖及当前中国在高科技领域的成就证明,中国已基本克服科技原创的阻力。考察近现代中国科技原创的阻力,有助于优化当前中国科技制度,为夺取更多世界领先科技成就创造更好的社会条件。
Modern China witnessed that its science and technology gradually lagged behind the West and became a representative of the static civilization. With the establishment of modern education and science systems in the 20 th century,the development of science and technology in China has been guaranteed by the institutional systems,and the new China has provided political and social institutional foundations. Youyou Tu's winning of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2015,and the achievements that China has made in the high-tech fields demonstrate that China has basically overcome the obstacles of originality in science and technology. Exploring the obstacles that hinder modern China's originality in science and technology will be conducive to the improvement of China's science and technology systems so as to create better social conditions for making more world-leading scientific and technological achievements.
