蒙元统治下故宋世家大族的挫折与延续——以温州平阳孔氏家族为例

The Frustration and Continuity of the Late Song Aristocratic Families in the Yuan Dynasty: A Case Study of Ping-yang Kong Family

平阳孔氏是元代江南孔子圣裔子孙中较为知名的一支,在延续南宋时期家族文化的基础上,积极利用元朝优待圣裔的特殊政策,多以学官身份出仕元朝。同时平阳孔氏族人把精力投入家庭和宗族建设中,利用密切的婚姻、师友、交游等关系,参与温州路和平阳州的地方公共事务,保持家族在温州的显赫威望。元明易代后平阳孔氏家族政治上遭受打击,从而逐步衰落。

Ping-yang Kong family is relatively famous among the descendants of Confucius living in the south of Yangtze River during the Yuan Dynasty. They followed the Southern Song Dynasty's family tradition and took advantage of the special policies adopted by the Yuan authorities to descendants of Confucius,as a result of which,they were given some favorable conditions working as government education officials. In the meantime,they spent efforts in strengthening their patriarchal clan,in building and consolidating their social network via marriage and connections among teachers and students,friends,and in participating in public affairs in Wenzhou and Pingyang,so as to maintain the presence and prestige of the family. Along with the collapsing of the Yuan Dynasty and the ruling of the Ming Dynasty,Ping-yang Kong family suffered the attack in politics and went on the wane.
