摘要
教师职业生涯的开头几年是影响教师职业发展的关键期,教师在这个阶段有许多需要适应、调整与学习的地方,是否能顺利度过这个阶段,对其今后的职业生涯发展会有深切的影响。中小学初任教师普遍存在技巧方面、社会情绪方面以及组织机构方面带来的工作困扰。这些困扰既有职前准备不足的原因,也有用人单位对初任教师支持不足的问题。为更好促进中小学初任教师的专业成长,任教学校应为初任教师提供有效的"临床指导和支持",而作为初任教师自身,则要加强专业的自我发展意识,提高自己的教学"临床技术",使自己尽快适应初任期的繁重工作。
The very few years at the beginning of teachers' career is a critical period influencing teachers' professional orientation. At this stage,teachers need to adapt,adjust and learn a great deal. Whether teachers can go through this stage smoothly will impact deeply on their future career development. Currently,beginning primary and secondary school teachers encounter troubles at work in terms of skills,social emotions and organizations. These problems are caused both by insufficient pre-service preparation and shortage of support for new teachers. In order to facilitate beginning teachers' professional development,schools shall provide effective 'mentoring and support',and the teachers themselves shall strengthen the awareness of professional development and improve their 'practical teaching skills'so as to adapt to the heavy work in the initial years of their career as soon as possible.
