摘要
"工作室"源于20世纪初德国的包豪斯设计学院,这种教学管理模式首次将美术教育与工艺技术教育有机结合,提出应用型美术教育所培养的人才应具有较高的艺术理论修养和工艺技能。作为一种新的教学管理模式,它不仅改变了当时的艺术教育,而且对今天的美术与设计人才培养产生了巨大而深远的影响。浙江师范大学美术学院对"工作坊"制度进行了延展和深化,提出了"工作室制"教学模式改革并开展了有益探索与实践,建构了"教学、科研、社会服务"三位一体的高等美术与设计人才培养新模式,取得了良好效果。
'Studio'originated from Bauhaus School of Design in Germany in the early 1900 s. This mode of teaching and management organically combined art education with technology education,proposing that talents cultivated by applied fine arts should have high art theory and process skills. As a new mode of teaching and management,it not only changed the art education at that time,but also produced great and far-reaching influence in cultivating today's art and design talents. Extending and deepening the 'workshop'system,College of Fine Arts,Zhejiang Normal University has proposed 'studio'system as a mode of teaching reform and carried out beneficial exploration and practices. It has constructed the trinity of new mode of art and design talents cultivation: 'teaching,scientific research and social service',and has achieved good outcomes.
