Problems and Counter-Measures of Family Tradition Formations

家风即家庭风气、氛围和精神环境,反映的是一个家庭或家族的精神面貌、状态和特质。它也是一种家庭教育的方式、途径和载体。当前受社会转型所带来的人口流动、居住结构和生活方式等变迁以及家庭结构核心化、家庭德育弱化等因素的影响,我国的家风建设出现了传承意识日趋淡化、优良内容渐遭忽视、传承方式逐渐被摈弃等问题。我们应在社区、农村和家庭中,发挥居委会和村委会的引导作用,发挥家长的主导作用,切实促进家风的传承和培育。

Known as family atmosphere, ambiance and spiritual environment, family traditions reflect family or household spirits, status and traits, and are also a way of family education. With the changes in population flow, inhabitancy configuration and life-style caused by current social transformations, as well as the influences of the dwindling households, the weakening family moral education,family tradition formation of China faces some problems, for example, neglect of great traditions, and abandonment of inheritance ways. The guiding roles of community committee and village committee in communities, villages and families should be given full play, and parents' leading role should also be highlighted, so as to promote the inheritance and formation of family traditions.
