我国高校协同创新的体制机制障碍及实践改革走向 被引量:2

The System and Mechanism Obstacles and Reform Trend of College Collaborative Innovations in China

摘要 高校协同创新不同于普通意义上的校际、校地合作,具有自身的特殊性与复杂性,推动关键体制机制的改革是有效实现高校协同创新的根本所在。以"2011"计划的实施为契机,高校协同创新中心已成为对传统的创新管理体制机制进行改革的"新特区"和"试验田",努力破除既有的体制机制障碍,将自身所具有的实体性优势、学术资源优势、产教结合优势和"特区"优势转化为创新优势,在探索与实践中指明了未来的改革走向。 College collaborative innovation, which is special and complex, differs from cooperation between colleges, between colleges and locality. At the core of such innovation are reforms in key institution mechanism. Taking the implementation of '2011 program' as a turning point, college collaborative innovation center has become 'new zone' and 'experimental field' of traditional innovative management system and mechanism reform. Efforts should be made to remove the existing institutional obstacles. Advantages of substantive entity itself, academic resources, blending of industries and education, and 'zone' can be turned into innovative advantages. This sheds light on college collaborative innovation.
