摘要
高校辅导员是活跃在学生工作中的基层管理群体,是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分。了解他们的工作现状、发展瓶颈,有助于这支队伍的科学建设和健康发展。通过对辅导员队伍的年龄结构、学历、学科结构、角色定位、稳定性等方面的问卷调查发现该队伍建设存在突出的非专业化、职业化问题。问题解决的关键在于计划组织专业学科知识培训、细化专业性服务分类、搭建岗位发展平台、明确角色定位。
College student counseling staff members are the front-line school administrators as well as an important part of teachers,who are actively engaged in college student management. Understanding their current work situation and the bottleneck of their advancement is beneficial to their scientific and healthy development. The survey examining their age, academy and subject, job role as well as job mobility, shows that the major problem with the construction of the staff lies in non-specialization and non-professionalization. Hence, the paper proposes a scheme in which the key solution is to organize staff training in relevant subjects, refine service category, establish platforms for self-development, clarify job roles together with setting up a mechanism for staff recruitment and assessment.
