花球状碱式碳酸镁的合成及其阻燃性能 被引量:6

摘要 以硫酸镁和碳酸钾为原料,采用一步法制备了碱式碳酸镁,考察了反应温度和反应时间对碱式碳酸镁形貌的影响,测定了硬脂酸和硬脂酸锌改性的碱式碳酸镁对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的阻燃性能。结果表明,在反应时间为30min、反应温度为90℃的条件下制备的碱式碳酸镁形貌为花瓣状球形,该产物改性后对HDPE具有优良的阻燃性能。 For the preparation of basic magnesium carbonate with controllable morphology by simple production method, magnesium sulfate and potassium carbonate were used as raw materials to synthesize basic magnesium carbonate by one-step process. The effect of reaction temperature and reaction time on the morphology was studied. Meanwhile, the flame retardant performance of high density polyethylene (HDPE) filled modified basic magnesium carbonate with stearic acid and zinc stearate was tested. Results showed that when the reaction time was 30 min and reaction temperature was 90℃, the synthesized basic magnesium carbonate was spheroidal petals in morphology, and had an excellent flame retardant performance for HDPE after modification.
