Screening and Identification of New High- Yielding Wheat Lines with Low Phytic Acid Induced by ^(60)Co-γ Radiation

摘要 通过辐射诱变手段获得种子低植酸(low phytic acid)突变系,进而选育低植酸作物品系,是可行的技术路径。本研究利用60Co-γ辐照小麦种子,从其后代中筛选到熟期与辐射亲本相仿或早熟、高产且籽粒植酸含量明显低于辐射亲本的小麦新品系10份,为小麦育种提供新的种质资源。 In recent years,it has emerged as a research hotspot that crop mutant lines with low phytic acid( LPA) are induced by radiation mutagenesis,which are subsequently used as materials to breed LPA varieties. In this study,by screening a large number of60Co-γ radiated wheat seeds,we obtained 10 new wheat lines. Compared to their parental variety,the new wheat lines attained higher yield and had lower phytic acid content while having similar or earlier maturity time. These new wheat lines can be used as a new source of wheat germplasm for breeding LPA varieties in the future.
