摘要
以保大麦8号为试验材料,研究喷施不同浓度多效唑对大麦生长和产量的影响。结果表明,通过喷施15%多效唑可湿性粉剂,大麦株高、倒伏率、千粒质量降低,有效穗、产量增加。其中,喷施多效唑1 000倍液对降低大麦株高效果最佳(P<0.05);喷施多效唑500倍液对降低大麦倒伏率、增加产量效果显著(P<0.05)。
The effect of different concentrations of Paclobutrazol on growth and yield of barley( Paul barley No. 8) was conducted. The results showed that barley plant height,lodging percentages,and thousand grain weight reduced under 15% Paclobutrazolwettable powder spraying,while the productive panicle and yield increased. One thousand times of Paclobutrazol decreased the height of barley significantly( P < 0. 05),and five hundred times of which reduced barley lodging percentage and while increased the yield significantly( P < 0. 05).
