摘要
以ARJ-4模型为研究对象,在FL-3风洞中进行TSP转捩探测技术试验研究,并应用红外热成像转捩探测技术进行探测,获得对比验证结果,试验中还采用了基于柱状粗糙元的固定转捩试验方法。试验使用了自研TSP涂料,对模型进行了预加热,预加热模型的目的是增大模型表面层流区与湍流区之间的温度差异。模型表面粘贴了红外试验用标记点,也作为TSP技术图像对准控制点。试验状态为马赫数0.75和0.85,α由-4°变化到4°。试验结果清晰地显示了模型表面的层流区与湍流区及其随迎角的变化。
For the civil aircraft wind tunnel test, the transition position detection is one of themost important test contents. FL -3 Wind Tunnel test adopting T SP (Temperature SensitivePaint) transition detection technique is introduced? the ARJ-4 model is used as the research objectin this test. The purpose of this research is to provide a new wind tunnel transition positiondetection method. To validate T SP transition detection results, the IR transition detectiontechnique and DRE (distributed roughness elements) fixed transition ways are used in this test,and the T SP developed by A V IC ARI and ICCAS is applied. The model is heated before windtunnel running to increase the temperature difference between the laminar flow area and theturbulent flow area around the model surface. The IR marks are stuck to the T SP coat, thesemarks will be used in both IR image processing and T SP image processing. The wind tunnel testconditions are Mach number of 0. 75 and 0. 8 5 , angle of attack between -4°-4°. The test resultsclearly show the difference between the laminar flow area and the turbulent flow area on themodel surface, and the evolution along with the model angle of attack.
