The paper analyzes the contents and reasons for the unapproved construction in cities at home and abroad, illustrates the dangers intheir construction from the urban reasonable planning, wastes of resources, infrastructure allocation, and hidden hazards, and points out the strategiesto solve the problem, so as to enhance the orderly operation of the urban development construction.
