摘要
采用LTCC工艺,研制出一种具有简单传输零点的六阶SIR耦合谐振带通滤波器。对陶瓷介质材料厚度、金属微带线宽度、金属微带线厚度等工艺可调参数进行了容差仿真分析,并对器件进行了加工测试。结果表明,该带通滤波器带内插入损耗小、带外抑制度高、体积小,且设计与调试方法简单有效。该带通滤波器插入损耗小于3 d B,电压驻波比小于1.3,整体尺寸为6.8 mm×4.2 mm×1.5 mm。
Adopting LTCC technology, a simple six-step SIR coupled-resonator band-pass filter with transmission zeros was designed. Simulating analysis of the tolerance of process variation such as ceramic dielectric materials thickness, metal micro-strip line width, metal micro-strip line thickness was conducted, and the filter was produced and tested. The results show that this band-pass filter have properties as follows, the insertion loss is less than 3 dB, the voltage standing wave ratio is less than 1.3 and the size is only 6.8 mm×4.2 mm×1.5 mm.
