不同处理方法对大千生种子萌发的影响

On the Effects of Different Treatments on the Germination of Nicandras physaloides Seeds

研究不同浓度的H_2O_2、IAA、NAA、6-BA、GA对大千生种子发芽的影响,结果表明:适宜浓度的H_2O_2、IAA、NAA、6-BA、GA对大千生种子发芽均有促进作用,大千生种子采用浓度为300mg/L的GA浸种12h处理的效果最好,发芽率达到48.7%,高出清水处理41%。

In the test,researched the effects of different concentration of H2O2,IAA,NAA,6-BA,GAon the germination of Nicandra physaloides seeds. The results showed that the proper soaking concentration of H2O2,IAA,NAA,6-BA and GA solutions all have promoted on the germination of Nicandra physaloidesseeds,the effect of 300mg/L GA and soaking with 12h was the best,the germination rate was 48.7% and washigher than the fresh water treatment for 41%.
