摘要
积极学习策略是在学习策略的基础上,以积极心理学理念为导向,注重培养学生在学习过程中的积极体验。当前大学生心理健康教育课堂中,教师以讲授式为主,力求面面俱到;学生缺乏信息加工,教学信息无法保留;学生缺乏自主学习,导致学习依赖。为提升大学生心理健康教育课程的教学效果,教师应采用积极学习策略,明确教学目标及重点;多途径引导学生自主探索,形成积极的学习体验;采用同伴教学方式,形成学习的"心流体验";灵活运用新媒体,创新教学方式。
Active learning strategy is based on the learning strategy,with positive psychology philosophyoriented,and pays attention to the students’positive experience process. The current mental health classeducation in college mainly depends on teachers,and the students are seldom to arrange the information leadthe content of courses can not retain;students lack of autonomous learning,its lead they depend on teachers.In order to improve the teaching effect of College Students’mental health education curriculum,teachersshould make use of active learning strategies: set the teaching objectives and the key points;guide studentsautonomic in multiple approaches;adopt peer-teaching method to form a heart-communion experience duringlearning;use the new-media flexibly and create more teaching methods.
