摘要
应用型本科院校是实现高等教育推行大众化的一个重要途径之一,培养符合地方经济发展需要的专业应用型人才是应用型本科院校的重要任务。由于应用型本科院校的发展历史较短,多数院校的教育理念、人才培养模式存在效仿普通高等院校或沿用原有高职技术教育的现象,教学手段也较为单一,使得教学质量达不到社会对应用型人才的要求。在高等教育应用型转变的背景下,应用型本科院校要想得到可持续的发展,就应当探索从人才培养模式的转变、信息化教师评教制度的实施、"双导师"教师队伍打造等方面逐步提高应用型本科教学质量。
Applied undergraduate college is one of the important ways to realize the implementation of thepopularization of higher education. The most important task of applied undergraduate college is to cultivatetalents conform to local economic. Due to the relatively short history of the development of appliedundergraduate colleges,most of their education philosophy,talent training mode follow to ordinary institutionsor use technical education,and their teaching method is relatively simple,making teaching quality is not up tothe requirements of the society. Under the background application transforming,applied undergraduatecolleges want to get sustainable development,they should need to explore from the talent training mode,implementing teacher evaluation system,building " Double Tutorial "team,gradually improving the quality ofapplied education.
